Scott Everett started his career in Real Estate in 2007 after receiving his license. He formed Royal Ventures, LLC in 2008 to provide brokerage, asset management, and development services for multifamily and commercial investors. In 2012 he founded S2 Capital to acquire and redevelop multifamily Real Estate. In the past 6 years as Managing Partner of S2 Capital he has built a Real Estate investment company that has acquired over $1.4B of multifamily assets and 3 operating companies that generate annual revenues in excess of $130M with over 200 employees. He provides executive oversight for all operations, construction, and asset management along with managing the companies acquisition and investment strategy. He is also an active investor and board member for multiple early stage companies and enjoys being involved in the growth of early stage ventures. Scott also contributes significant time and resources and is on the board of Jonathans Place Charity, a local emergency shelter for at-risk children. Scott has 3 children and lives in Plano, TX.
Skip Bird has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. He was an executive vice-president with Hudson Advisors from 1993-1998 and a principal with Lone Star Fund from 1997 through 1999 and was involved in the asset management of over 100,000 apartment units and over $5B of commercial transactions. Prior to S2 Capital, Skip was the Founder/Managing Partner for Uptown Enterprises and developed 10 retail centers between 2000 and 2008. In 2008, he shifted gears into multifamily acquiring 2 properties. In his role as Chairman of S2 Capital, Skip assists with managing investor relations for S2 ventures. Skip has been a principal in over $1B of Commercial Real Estate over his lifetime and is also very active with multiple charities including Mission Arlington and Children’s Hunger Fund and resides in Dallas, TX.
